Joe and Michelle Forst

Joe and Michelle Forst reside in Lemont, Illinois. Michelle is employed as a registered nurse in the medical department of Argonne National Laboratory. Joe is an account executive at Superior Print Services in Lemont. Joe and Michelle have been married for thirty years, have three children and are soon expecting their first grandchild. They have served on various charitable boards and civic organizations.

Jerry and Pat McGleam

Jerry and Pat McGleam have been married for 30 years and reside on the southwest side of Chicago. They have three sons; Matthew, Kevin and Michael. They are also proud grandparents of their granddaughter Abigail. Jerry works as a deputy director for the Public Building Commission of Chicago. He is involved in the planning, designing and construction of new facilities for the City of Chicago, Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Park District. Pat is a pediatric nurse educator and has worked at Loyola Medical Center for the past thirty years. She is devoted to the care and well being of children and their families.

Ryan Nelson and Chrisele Welsh

Ryan Nelson is a 27 year old business systems analyst for Viant Payment Systems, Inc. in Naperville, Illinois. He was born in Detroit, Michigan but raised in Naperville, Illinois. Ryan is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Chrisele Welsh is a 24 year old nursing student at St. Francis University. She will graduate in the fall of 2010 with her bachelor's in nursing. Chrisele was born in Ft. Myers, Florida but was raised primarily in Lemont, Illinois. She is a proud survivor of a traumatic brain injury in October of 2003. Ryan and Chrisele are engaged to be married.

Michele and Brittany Schury

Michele and Brittany Schury are wife and daughter to Dave Schury. Michele has been married to Dave for 19 years. They have two children Chrisele 24 and Brittany 18. Michele has worked in the medical field for 17 years and currently works for Healthcare Business Consultants in Oakbrook, Illinois. Brittany has worked with many community organizations offering assistance to those in need. She is currently a student at College of Dupage seeking a degree in physical therapy.

Pat Collazo

Patricia Collazo is a widow and mother of three, Dennis, Alex and Nico. She is a stay at home Mom. Her husband Alex was severely burned in a work accident. He spent 6 months in the ICU Burn Unit at Loyola Medical Center before passing away. This has been a life changing experience for Pat and her family. They now are committed to helping others with similar tragedies.
